You were the agent.
Now you run them.
A free four-week pilot for call-centre agents and virtual assistants whose work is being changed by AI. Two live sessions a week, online only, on Google Meet. You build a working AI agent, learn to test it honestly, and leave with a demo an employer can actually judge.
Online only. Attended live on Google Meet, no venue, no travel. Recordings go to everyone who enrols.

Filipinos already did the hardest part. They built the work.

Learn the job that is growing, not the one that is shrinking
Two sessions a week, Manila time: Tuesdays 1pm to 3pm, Thursdays 6pm to 8pm. Afternoons suit people between shifts, evenings suit people with day work. Both live on Google Meet, online only. Recordings go to everyone who enrols. Laptop required. Local-first where it fits, but be clear-eyed about the ongoing cost: doing this work for real means paying for model tokens. Free tiers cover the learning; plan on about US$10 a month once you are using an agent in a real role.
What it costs to run: nothing during the course. A free Google AI Studio key or Groq account covers every exercise, and neither needs a card. After the course, if you keep your agent running on a paid model through OpenRouter, plan on roughly US$10 a month, about ₱600 to ₱700. That buys millions of tokens, so light use lasts for months. Free tiers remain fine if you stay small.
What an agent is
Models, tokens and context in plain words. Instructions that hold, tone in Taglish and English, and your first agent answering your own ten questions.
Build it properly
Knowledge bases, tools and guardrails. The agent learns to say “I don't know”, hand over to a human, and refuse what it must refuse.
Prove it
Turn twenty real transcripts into a test set. Score it honestly. Red-team day: attack each other's agents, then write a one-page test report.
Operate it
Monitoring, incident playbooks, cost per conversation, warm handoffs. Demo day in front of invited employers, with your runbook and report.
Who this is for, and what it is not
The fastest way to lose trust is to look like a recruitment scheme. So here is the plain version.
This is for you if
- You are or were a call-centre agent, team lead, or virtual assistant.
- Your work is being automated, or you can see it coming.
- You have a laptop and stable internet for two evenings a week.
- You want evidence you can show an employer, not another certificate PDF.
- You can commit to six of eight sessions and demo day.
This is not
- A job guarantee. Nobody can promise that honestly.
- Government accredited, or affiliated with TESDA or IBPAP. Not yet, and we will say so if it changes.
- A recruitment agency. No fees, no bank details, no placement commissions.
- A get-rich course. No lambos, no “10x”, no upsell.
- A place to share anyone's private customer data. Ever.
Free. Twenty seats. Application required.
You do not pay anything. In return I ask for attendance, honesty in the feedback, and permission to publish what worked and what failed, without your name unless you say yes.
After the pilot (indicative)
| Self-paced course | ₱1,500 |
| Live cohort | ₱3,500 |
| Employer-sponsored seat | ₱8,000 |
Indicative only, not open for booking. Final prices follow the pilot results. One seat in three is reserved for someone who lost work in the last twelve months.
Every peso of profit goes to Autism Works
The paid cohorts fund the free ones, and anything left over is donated to the Autism Society Philippines for their Autism Works programme, which has been placing autistic Filipinos into retail, food service and BPO jobs since 2016.
Why this charity
- Autism Works is an employment programme, not a awareness campaign. It gets people hired.
- It already places people into BPO roles, the same industry this course serves. The loop closes.
- Autistic adults are among the most overlooked in Filipino hiring, and agent supervision is work that suits many of them well: pattern, precision, patience.
- ASP is a national organisation with chapters from Luzon to Mindanao, so the money does not stop in Metro Manila.
The pledge, in writing
- 100% of surplus, after direct costs (hosting, tools, materials), is donated.
- Direct costs are published with each donation: what came in, what went out, what was given.
- Donations are made in the charity's name with the reference published, so anyone can check.
- If the pilot never makes a profit, that is fine. Cohort one is free and stays free.
Donation pledged, not an endorsement. Autism Society Philippines has not reviewed this course and its name is used only to name the recipient. Contact details: Autism Society Philippines, Quezon City, +63 2 903 5496.
Sessions are online only, live on Google Meet.

The honest FAQ
Is it really free?
Yes. Cohort one costs nothing. There is no card field on this page, no deposit, and no upsell at the end.
Do I need to code?
No. You will write instructions and connect tools, which is closer to writing a good SOP than programming. If you can write a clear escalation policy, you can do this.
Do I need to pay for AI to do the course?
No. The whole course runs on free tiers: a free Google AI Studio key, or Groq, or a local model on your own laptop. None of those need a card. If you already pay for a model and prefer it, bring it, but nothing in the course requires one.
What if the free tier stops me mid-exercise?
You will see rate limits, everyone does. We stagger the exercises so twenty people are not hitting the ceiling at once, and there is a backup key for the session. If you are genuinely stuck, message me and we sort it out.
What does it cost after the course?
Only if you move to a paid model. Through OpenRouter, plan on about US$10 a month, roughly ₱600 to ₱700, which buys several million tokens and lasts months at light use. A card is usually needed to top up. If you stay on free tiers, it stays free.
Will this get me a job?
No guarantee. What it gives you is a working agent, a recorded demo, and a runbook, which is what a hiring manager can actually assess. Employers are being invited to demo day.
Why are you doing this free?
Because I want to learn what the market genuinely needs before charging anyone for it, and because I have family here. The pilot results, including the failures, get published.
What do you do with my data?
Contact you about the cohort, run the pilot, and publish aggregate results. No names, no voice notes, and no contact details in public without your written permission.
Who can join?
Anyone 18 or over who is or was a call-centre agent, team lead or virtual assistant. The age limit is not decoration: BPO work in the Philippines requires adults, and the pilot handles voice recordings.
Where is it held?
Online only, live on Google Meet. There is no classroom and no venue anywhere. You get a Meet link before each session, and every session is recorded so a missed one is not fatal.
What do I need?
A laptop, stable internet, headphones, somewhere quiet for two hours, two sessions a week for four weeks, and a willingness to test your own work honestly. A phone alone will not do for the build sessions.
